Where Do I Find Airshoes Program in MMBN3:White?...

I really need to know where the airshoes program in Battle Network 3 is.I cant beat Alpha without it.My power cut off while I was tryingto obtain bugstyle, deleting the only file Ive ever managed to beat alpha on.Please help
