....Are you ******** serious? We have a Self-Mutilation Thread on here that has stories as well as advice. I know because I put up my own personal expierence and my own advice. Look around the boards. There are plenty of threads that state Safer methods of fueling emotions. >>

We do have threads on this. I can tell you that snapping rubber bands on your wrists distracts you, and it's not nearly as bad, but seriously, just don't cut.

Yeah, start a club at school, join a play, join a sports team, join a band, so on.
