There is no EXE7, and never will be, with the exception of TUS's fan-made game.
Ryuusei No RockMan is the sequel to the EXE series, and has been out in Japan for quite a while. The North American release is slotted to be in August.

to answer your question megaman starforce comes out tommorow on the 8'th(woohoo!). There's three versions to choose from: Dragon, Pegasus, and Leo.
