Description:
An ever changing section of town home of many strange sights even for byako.
shape shifters and masters of transformation bled there powers here over the centuries making it a ripe place for those types of magics...
one cannot predict whether they will come back in the same form that they entered as but it is the one place in the city where transformation magic is at its strongest.
the mysterious formations...

Past Events:*haru was put through a living hell as he went from one transformation to another until justice showed up and saved him

Current Events:everything is everchanging  

[Faulty Ambition]

The annual summer festivals began with a bang.
Brilliantly coloured fireworks filled the skies almost as quickly as the Ten Organization banners filled the doorways. The Organization sponsored the individuals of this area well, protecting all of the inhabitants from unscrupulous dealers and other threats.

"...NIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII?!" Haru fell to the ground with a distinct 'PBTHT!'; a fact owed to his newest form. That of a whoopie cusion... with Japanese writting on it. Whether the sounds he/it made after that were explatives or prayers was anybody's guess, since at this point all he was capable of was making farting noises. Were it any other situation, he would have actually found such a device amusing (beeing a teenaged boy and all). It's amazing what a slight context change can do.

A little boy most likely a local of the area picked up haru and ran away cackling as he ran towards his sisters tea party

All the whoppie cusion do was 'pbtttht', perhaps more then such an item should while it wasn't inflated before hand... And then there was the fact that it was being taken farther and farther away from the pile of clothes amungst which the child had found it. Haru was going through every explative in every language he knew, and yet they only came out in one sound: "PBTTTTHT!"

the boy sneaked over into a back yard and to a little table in a lawn with a tea set and several little dollies set in chairs and placed haru under the seat cushion of the open seat and ran off laughing

The whoopie cushion seemed to try to wiggle out from under the cusion, but failed miserably. After a few quiet, frustrated, 'pbttht's it even fell silent. A Ninja whoopie-cushion... perfect for an unsuspection victim.

Suddenly Haru the whopee cushion became Haru the egg
and the sounds of a happy little girl drew closer

And Haru the egg began to wiggle frantically, not eintirely sure of the nature of it's new form, but positive that where it was WAS NOT where it wanted to be. This form was much quieter, but at least it seemed to move about more easily.

"la la la la la la!"
the little girl made it to the table
"time for the tea party dollies!"
she began to sit down

With all it's wiggleing, the egg finally rolled out from under the cusion and off of the edge of the chair... Falling towards the earth...

a number of people in suits entered the area smiling

the girl heard a thump and looked down she put her hands to her mouth
"its a tinkle twinkle tina doll!"
she picks up haru and hugs 'her'
"they drink water and there eyes twinkle when they tinkle!"
she set the doll down in the chair and began serving 'her' tea

It was a good thing the dolls wern't known for there ability to talk, or else the little girl would be hearing some very interesting words as she served it tea. If anything, the expression on it's face was of annoyance, though with toys these days it could simply be constepation.

At any rate, Haru was 'seeing red'... at least as much as he could out of those fake, unblinking eyes. Ohhh somebody is going to die... Sorry Tess, but this calls for some serious bloodshed... The only question one might have, of course, is who the blazes is 'Tess'?
