Meh story! =D If you have read it, you don't have to post. But I want some nasty critique! (Writer's forum is slow. D<)
Did you ever get the feeling you're living out some really bad shojo story?
You know. The usual cliches. Your childhood friend, your cute popular guy. Maybe some good friends if the author is in a good mood. And some steamy scenes if you're really lucky. But the most important thing was a happy ending after twenty long graphic novels of fluff and giggles.
My life was like that. Minus the happy ending.

It was pretty boring, if you must ask. Especially once you compare it to the other denizens of the ward, as they like to call it. Typical high school drama. I bet they'd say it wasn't worth it. You're the first person I told, you know. I can't talk to the others. It's like they don't know where we really are.
I miss it all sometimes. I'd kill to talk to my friends again, even if they were horrible. Tempest most of all, but he never seems available. No one does.

I sigh. What a b***h. Thinks she runs the place or something.

Evaluation? More like digging for dirt. God. I finally threw off those chains, and all they want is a handwritten assignment!
Geez. Wonder what they're going to do, handwriting analysis? Maybe a intricate study of the doodles decorating the page?
You think it was their job to do all this crap. Like they know what they're doing.

I still don't know what to write exactly. My name was Rien Pendle and I was fourteen years old. My eyes were grey and I'm was on the small side. I liked ramen and crackers. I don't like the itchy feeling of this sweater.
And most importantly, I have no idea where the ******** I am. Right now I'm sitting in a very white, soft room with some other people. It's all very lovely, but there's something...
I had hoped death would be more... empty.
