I barely eat much anymore and I'm 4' 10" and weigh 88 pounds. Is this something I should get help for or not? I used to self mutilate too and I'm fatigue. Am I messed up crying

See I always thoughtweight had more to do with physical frame, like for example, I'm average, only just at about 190 - 200lbs, I have a tall broad frame so it balances out.

Don't worry, it's normal...if you're still in your teens, anyways. Mood swings, puberty, athletics, all that jazz.

I was in a relationship with someone who had an eating disorder. I used to get really worried about her because she used to faint sometimes. Not to mention she was thinner than me. Which is really skinny.
