Description:A large marble building of shiny proportions. Climbing several stories and containing a couple basments and three wings this is a building that once housed the ruling goverment for Byako. However as the city grew it lost the grip it held over the city and for a long time it fell into disuse.

Recently however Tanya, the new mayor of the city and Chibi her guardian are trying to restore it.

Save for the entrance hall and the mayors office the entire building is flooded with paper, evey room cramed full of the stuff.
Each of those sheets contains information that needs to be filled out before major work can be done on the city and it is a monumental task.

Past Events:*Tanya plays clue byako edition and then runsoff f or some m ore fun while Chibi runs Byako
*Chibi assits Mizu, viva, justin, aiden, tao, andre, tronaga and masami
*Chibi organizes the Plushie Construction crew. A work force that does repairs under the cities name

Hunter Clan Office

Inside City Hall to the right of the entrance is a small booth that serves as a Hunter Clan outlet. From here a Non-Hunter can accept missions or contact the Hunter Clan from here to post a mission.

-Mission FAQ-

1. What is a mission?
A mission is a job request from an Individual, Organization or Clan that someone is putting up money to see done. Then someone who is interested in accepting the mission goes to a Hunter Clan booth to inquire for details.

2. How does the Hunter Clan fit into this?
In exchange for a 5% tax from the offered reward the Hunter Clan regulates these requests making sure that someone will accept these missions. It is the certainty that a mission will get done when given to a Hunter Office that makes them the premier mission service.

3.How are Mission difficulties determined?
Missions are sorted with a star system

with one star being the lowest and


ten stars being the highest.
mission difficulty is regulated by the Hunter Clan Dispatch.

4. How much does it cost to post a mission?
A minimum limit of 50 Morra Morra (Hunter clan currency) or the equivalent is required to post a mission. however the Job Ranking is determined by the Hunter Office so if you are offering to little for a high difficulty job its successfulness cannot be garanteed.

5. What is the diffrence between being a Hunter Clan Member and accepting a Hunter Clan mission?
A non-Hunter may accept missions that are posted but any mission higher than 4 stars is exclusive to the Hunters. Also any mission with over 1000 morra morra (or the equivelent) reward is similarly Hunter exclusive.

what could be going through the mind of this city leader?

"it was cassandra alkemi with the plushie ray in the shark tank!"
Puppeteet Tanya proclaimed
the little eight year old girl with the purple hair had a wide grin on her face as she said this

Chibi the puppet double of tanya grabbed the envelope and opened it up
"nope it was ender the broody in the maceroni room with the puddle"

"darn!" tanya shook her little balled up fists and began spinning her chair to pass the time

chibi put up the game and left the room for a moment to check on things to ensure that things were the running smoothly with a thick manillo envelope under her arm

tanya continued her spinning long forgetting her loss "WHEEEEEEEEEEE!!!" with no sign of growing bored anytime soon

Mizu poked her head in curios as to what this building is.

Chibi walked into the information booth and sat down
"can i help you?"  

[shinchiro-chan]

"Um not really. I don't even know Im looking for." Mizu smiled.

"ahh a newcomer to the city are you? well this is the byako information center"
chibi held out a pamplet showing a picture of the building and a tourist map

meanwhile back in the mayors office tanya was happily enjoying some ginger cookies with chocolate milk as she listened to the exploits on the kabina radio show

"yep! My name is Mizu." She said looking at the pamplet.

the pamplet had several pictures of areas about byako and alot of wording in badly writtten crayon

A brillant flash of white light flares outside city hall. Viva looks up at the marble building and heads in hoping to find some answers to his investigation.
