Have a picture of the dress usagi was wearing when she went to that ball thing and kissed mamoru?? I want to replicate that dress as my prom dress but I can't find a picture of it!!!

If you're planning on using a premade pattern, I would suggest starting with Vogue. They had a pattern similar to her princess dress maybe eight years ago, and do have a number of patterns that you could alter now. Check out some cosplay sites, too, like Cosplay Lab and this one.

for me, it'd be the other way around...dont get me wrong, i LOVE Princess Serenity's dress....but i think Usagi's ball dress is more....stunning(?)

Thats so cool! I was going to do that one for my prom too. Except I wanted mine in a diffrent color. I dont particularly like pink.
