Diagonal Conch to Tragus industrial, thru a dermal punch :)

Sounds complicated, but it's going to look rather cool when it's done..



That's what my ear looks like now, This is (A rather badly drawn) diagram of what it will be when it's finished...



The dermal punch will be in the outer conch, a barbell will run through the center of a drilled out acrylic plug, or a tunnel down through the diagonal inner conch, then run down, bend in an L shape, through my tragus.

I go back in a few weeks for my dermal punch.

surprised That will be amazing when it's finished. Do they already have the custom barbell made and ready, or are you going to heal the dermal punch hole separately before connecting the three?
