i dont know how to stop

i cut all the time
even over stupid s**t too
ive been doing it for about 2 years now
my best friend wants me to stop but i dont know how to quit
any sugestions

hmmm. i'd sayy...
find an alternative.
or pick up a hobby.

drawing. painting.
art in general.
or even just scribbling sometimes
helps my friends.

perhaps sewing?.
i know THAT keeps my mind off of lots
of things everytime. ;D

writing storys?
or just writing down every single
thought you have in general.

of course there is always
the hair tie thingy method.
it usually helps.

i hope you find a way out. :]
