As far as I was concerned, no one knew, or cared, that they were going to school with a lethal vampire. They didn’t notice my eyes, how they changed color, or my freakishly pale skin, how I was perfect. I had no flaws. I was strong, fast, and graceful, everything anyone would want, yet everyone just naturally shied away from me.
I walked down the hallway quickly, not too quickly; I didn’t want to arouse suspicion, and went to the bathroom to look at my eyes. I found myself staring into 2 black holes.
Very hungry.
I couldn’t bear going to the crowded cafeteria, not with all those humans in there. Nothing could stop me from going on a massacre. I’ll risk it.
Walking down the main hallway, I burst through the front doors and ran at full speed to the forest. I was running faster than I ought to be, but I would be fast enough that no one could see me.
