I'm going to be going on vacation tomorrow. I will be gone for a week. We're going up to Albuquerque to see my gramma, who's turning eighty. I really can't believe she's already eighty though. She's incredibly spry and loves teasing us. I'm wondering how she's going to react when she sees my red hair, which she hasn't yet. I'm naturally a blonde, and when I told her on the phone that I had dyed my hair she was all "No, I'm not talking to you because I have no redheads in my family" sort of thing. =D I love her. She's so very amazingly fun.
I finally get to meet my single cousin! He's about four, and half-Japanese - my uncle lived in Japan for quite a while, then he married, moved to Massachusetts and had little David. I'm studying Japanese as my foreign language, so I kinda want to talk with him and Aunt Yumi, but I'm deathly afraid of making a complete idiot of myself. I'm a shy sort of person, and I've only met my Uncle and Aunt a few times.
...Yeah...
Anyway, I'm writing this when I should be staring my packing, so baibai!
