Um... Just to say to all that cares. Nothing really big here...
Da Trip Up
This is right out of pages from the book that I wrote in on the trip up to Michigan, so it'll just be like you're sitting next ta meh on da bus XD Enjoy!

All of July 27, 2008, at 5:15 pm in the afternoon, I finally 'embark' to the visit in Michigan. There's really a lot of interesting stuff along the way. Oh, and all about the dangers I was told of... either the bus transportation changed like the rest of our transportation needs, or I'm on a first-class bus route. Nothing of the sort I was warned of (in most part) isn't here at all.
To Waco from Killen was short enough. I don't think it even lasted an hour. About the same with Dallas. But to Memphis... It's its own story right there. The driver was okay, I guess. The drive was about seven or so hours. Ack. The guy that was sitting next to me 'til Greenville, he's pretty cool. He gives candy to kids after asking the mother if it's okay. A deaf woman walked by and handed us bracelets, so when she walked by again, he handed her a package of ramen noodles, a bar of something and some money. Who says cowboys, even retired rodeo cowboys, dun care for others? XD
The girl sitting next by was one of the most adorable kids I've ever seen! She's about fourteen months old, I think. She actually reminds me of my niece. Rain, though only in looks. Let's just say between the two, they're as different as a sunny day with four-leaf clovers all over the place, the other a typhoon of ultimate destruction ^_~ But yeah, lol.
After the guy got off, I tried to get some sleep. But I think I found that impossible... >.> There was a few 10 minute breaks, so the first time, I went and got chips and gum (I finally realize that I'm addicted to da gum o-o; ).
Second time, a good cup of coffee XD; I love da stuff! The third time, though, I only got off to throw garbage away.
When we were nearly at the end of our ride, I was so tired that I probably look like I'm sleep-walking, lol. I went to the bathroom, being that "When you gotta go, you gotta go" (HA, I quoted after Malcom from 'Jurassic Park' XD). The driver got on to me, but as it was, I was so exhausted that I dun remember what he said a minute AFTER o-o;; Prolly that I shouldn't freshen up. Men... Most almost ALWAYS ASSUME that being that I'm a girl, I'm gonna put make-up on >.< Gah...
I think I managed to get about an hour of sleep around 7 (I think @.@) before arriving at the bus station. But oh my effing gawd... We had to wait for nearly two hours before we could get on board! My feet aches XD

Finall on our way to Chicago (now THIS place, I'm excited to see ^.^), we all, in most part, had to get a seat partner, but it's cool and all. The girl next to me is like, what 15 years? She doesn't talk much, but she's pretty cool all the same. She's on her way to Chicago, as well.
Well, throughout the possible 7 hour sleep I finally need granted, we stopped at a McDonalds. The place has something new, which is a Snack Wrap crispy. It's somewhat like a soft taco at Taco Bell, but the meat is actually a chicken-strip with cheese, lettuce, and BBQ sauce. Oh my GAWD, that really tasted good...
A town we passed after the eating, I saw a Fox station, the News-Gazelle, and 'American Idol'. The whole sitting may be boring, but at least I see stuff along the way! The bus trip is a good thing, after changing the whole deal. With rules, there's order on board, unlike it was in my mom's teenage years. Hell, it changed dramatically from merely 7 years ago! I get to say otherwise, now! Doesn't mean I'm letting my guard down for stuff that CAN happen, happen.
It's 6:02 in Texas right now on July 28, and I dun know what time zone I'm in XD;; This little watch/calender says it's 10:02 right now in Chicago, and we're about 480 miles from Memphis to Chicago now. Or 500 something, give or take *shrug*

We finally reach Chicago around 7:23 pm. We had some delay, for there was some accident that happened. But anyway, as we get past the area, I saw the train rail travel. And OMG, SO COOL! A station for people to load and such!! For many of other people out there, they'll be like 'Big deal'. But I've never been in a big city, so normal stuff for others are exciting for me! ^w^
All the graffiti I seen so far, they are really 'artful'. (I know, not a real worde to yse here XD) They're pretty awesome, even if gangs do so to 'mark' their 'territory'. Many buildings are amazing, like the Catholic one. Building that people, in most part live in are almost perched on the edge of the edges...
OMG... I NOW see the sky scapers ahead. And it's like, wow... At least I fit in some way here XD;; 0_0 There's a caseball stadium, the first I seen. 'Home of the 2005 Game' to Sox. Wows... Not a fan of the sport, but STILL... I plan to take pics on the way back...
Seagulls...? Oh yeah... Duh... ^.^; It's Chicago...

The Chicago Bus Station, with 4 hours ta kill x.x The bus comes in 12:46 tonight to take me to Benton Harbor, MI, I'm sort of tempted to rent a locker and store my bags there, but I need the money for food and stuff. Lol, figures, eh? Already called Dad and Zain (he didn't pick up XD Lololol!!), so I'm good for now.
The station here is pretty good. Clean, chairs for everyone, games for the bored and food 'n drinks.
s**t, CRAPPLES, ********...
My clothes baggage was wet somehow!! Most of the clothes are fine (gonna throw the slight damp[ inot a dryer when I get there) and my drawing stuff is safe. But the letter got so wet that I had to toss it... X Dammit... I guess I have to look on the bright side... But I'm still pissed now... Everyone ELSE'S luggage looks fine. It. Just. FIGURES...
NOW I KNOW WHY THE DRIVER WAS GETTING ON MY CASE! He thought I was smoking!! Da hell?!! The only real reason is because of what I'm wearing, no doubt...

We're finally on the road again. The bus is the most comfortable out of them all. But we have some people on the floor, crowded. Well, not THAT crowded. People on the floor are laying down to catch some sleep. Ariel and Dada, as well as T'oy (rhymes likes soy) taught me a new card game while we were waiting.Ricerdo helped me out, being that I had no idea what I was doing x.x;; Oh, and theses are the people that were with me from Memphis to Chicago. They're all with me until I reach Grand Rapids. They're pretty awesome, too. Ariel is going to have a baby sometime later, maybe with 4-6 months. Dun know, but I wish her and her child good wishes ^.^

Here is where the pages ended. I'll finish this another time. XD

Yayies! Sounds like you had quite the adventure getting there! Hope you have fun while you're in Michigan, and hopefully I'll see you soon after you get back home ^_^ I'm trying so hard to get there in August.
