OK lets run a recap of my life...well since a few weeks ago.
New computer:
Yes, sadly my old 7 year old computer faced the terrible death, of a virus caused hard drive crash. Every thing I hadn't saved when bye-bye in data heaven, or something. I did in fact get a $800 value of work done, for $130. Thank you Dad. Hehe. So I now am dealing with a double sized hard drive, meaning I went from 80 gigabytes to 160 gigabytes for a hard drive. Dad told me that if he had the money for it at the time, he would have went ahead and made it 300 gigabytes of hard drive.
NC State:
I have a bit of a issue not with getting into Veterinary College at State, only for the fact I am lacking in certain areas. I lack in work at a Animal hospital, working under a doctor (can some please tell me why) on a research project, and also several classes. Lovely, looks like I will be getting into Vet school a bit later then expected. *sigh* ;-; Heh, and I learned that all yesterday through the tour and info session.
Interview (Possible job):
I had an interview this morning with Brassfield Animal Hospital. It went great, she covered over the benefits, pay, and all before I even asked. I was kinda in shock, but she needs someone. So...there you go. I even have lovely materials to read now over the weekend and I go in at 7:15am Monday morning to be fitted with scrubs and start being trained. I will be working as a Kennel Assistant. Did I mention its under a separate experience requirement for State? Its not all cleaning cages, people. I will have to play with the pets, feed, water, clean up, observe them, and so much more. I was given a tour of the kennels, and I so hope my test come back clean. Only cause I like the staff there already, and one of the doctors there lets his dog hang out. Also a pet kitty does the same thing.
So yeah thats my life as it stands for now. mrgreen
