There is a way to have complete control over ones emotions. This requires a yoga-form in which the user soul become vaulable to nearly any type of mental attacks, usually the time limit is need to be finshied within half a year, or the spirit may never return to it's former state. The theory is still shaky, but none the less pefect for any emotional person. A person is either on the side of sanity(the good side, or the side uasually considing of pure emotions, and hapy thoughts), or the side of insanity(the complete opposite of sanity, usually the thought of hate, and selfish feelings, mostly thoughtof as evil).But there a third side, and that's the blink of insanity(a side i recenly discover. it mostly holds a random mind in which the user become unpredictable but however there's still much more for me to unlock).This helps unlock high levels of spiritual strength, and pressure, but some how shows cases of shingami(death god)abilities, but still none the less harmless.Through my weeks, and months of research i discover that sanity only gains a person on side of power, while insanity gains another side,however with blink of insanity your in the middle(sanity arranges from the right side showing a postive, while insanity arranges from the left side showing a negative).Still all of what said may need the four elements, but i'll explain that within the near future.
