Burst Angel OVA - So I finally grabbed the Burst Angel OVA. It's actually not out in the US yet, but I don't mind subtitles. It's pretty good. Only one episode, but it's got Jo and Meg. Also Shirley, which was only in flash backs in the series, from what I recall. Shirley is a friend and fellow orphan (Jo and Meg are orphans) that they grew up with. The OVA takes place before the series, I'm guessing. In the OVA, Jo has long hair, which gets cut into the shorter hair, which she has in the series. Also, Meg wears the long scarf that Jo wears in the series, until the end of the OVA, when she puts it on Jo. I don't think that ruins any of the OVA's story... anyway, it's got the same kick as music, Jo, Meg, guns, chicks, blood and 1 mech (not Jango). If you enjoyed the series, grab the OVA for one more episode to watch.
I really hope they continue to make more of this series. I'd like to know what happens after the final episode. It was left open with me wanting more. Sadly, many animes end like that. I still highly recommend the series + OVA.
Halloween Event - According to Gaia the event was to end today, the 7th, at midnight. Granted I didn't look into what time zone they were talking about, I was informed by others that it would be 3am here. However, the event ended not too long ago, around 1pm. Why did they stop the event early, I wonder. Anyway, I'm not too upset about it. I got a ton of bags and 2 accounts worth of the vampire vs human items.
