4-3 Shootout Win
10:18 AM: Carey Price in net for Montreal against Toronto. This will be his second game against the Leafs and the Canadiens fourth of the season. ''Jesus Price'', as some might call him, has won his last game 4-3 in OT against the suck-ish Leafs. Guillaume Latendresse has been promoted to the first line, while Michael Ryder has been downgraded to the third. Tender has been good on the first since his first ever NHL goal was with the help of Saku Koivu. In defense, Only Francis Bouillon will take part of tonight's match since Saturday he was replaced by Josh Gorges, who will be put asside.
8:20 PM: 0-0 after one period. Latendresse and and Price weren't bad at all. Price with many good saves, while Tender battled along the boards and played well. Why are the Leafs always put more pressure on us!? Meh... Other than that, I don't have anything else to say.
9:09 PM: 2 All after 40 minutes. It will be a 5-on-3 for 30 seconds! Latendresse scored! Cap'n Koivu and Second Mate Higgins got an Assist each, while First Mate Kovy pulled a bullet on Toskala before Tender. Seems like the first line is playing better without Ryder.
10:02 PM: 3-3. It looks like it's an early christmas for the Maple Leafs. Habs gave the ma big one point. Price is an absolute monster even though he let that goal in. Well it wasn't really his fault. Blake should have gotten a penalty since he touched Price and didn't have the puck! Going to OT...
10:09 PM: OT ends and some hits were handed out. This is a great game to watch! 3-3 and going into a Shootout.
10:33 PM: 4-3 SO win! This rules! Two wins against the absolutely hated ((of my part)) Maple Leafs! Chipchura and Latendresse were good for the Habs but Kovalev and Carey Price are the heros, the saviors! The first period was a bit boring but other than that it was a great match, added by the Zamboni scenes. I hate Sundin. I hate Blake who should have gotten a goaltender obstruction penalty! Toronto had an early christmas though. One point... Aren't we the nicest team ever?
