4-1 Win
11:38 PM: Last time the Canadiens and the Flyers met was on the first of November. Habs won 5-2. Patrice Brisebois, Brian Smolinski, Steve Begin and Cristobal Huet are out because of injuries. Huet will probably be back on Saturday. Sergei Kostistyn was called back and expected to play. Carey Price will get his 5th straight start tonight.
7:45 PM: 1-0 Habs after 1 period! Best 1st peiod in a while! Great goal by Higgins((Woohoo!)) and beautiful pass by Markov. I think he tried to shoot, but accidentally passed to Higgins. Koivu also has a pass. It was a PP goal. I can't say much about Carey Price, but I think he was good.
8:45 PM: 4-1 Canadiens after 2! UGH! Officials are morons!! But then again, when aren't they!? Flyers has a 5-on-3 PP for about 1 minute something... Price made a great save at the end of the period. Streit almost had a hat-trick but Kimmom Timonen dived to stop the goal from happening since Nittymaki was beaten. Plekanec has two passes. Flyers' announcer is just awesome. I didn't know Maxim Lapierre's name was actually Maxim Laperriere.
9:42 PM: GO HABS GO! 4-1 Montreal Final!!! GO HABS GO!! Great game! The season series is now 2-0 for Montreal against Philadelphia. The Kostitsyn played very well! Andrei scored the game winner, while Sergei played well. Carey was excellent. Our PK was good, especially on that 5-on-3 PP for Flyers early in the third. It's too bad Price couldn't get a shutout. Streit got 2 goals, Plekanec got 2 assist and Higgins, one goal! Yay Habs! Higgins got a breakaway but hit the post... D:That totally sucked... I hate his luck. O'Byrne got two penalties that could have cost us, but it was our PK and Carey Price that saved us. Most rookies played well! Let's hope Sergei will be kept and make him play with his brother, Andrei. Let's hope we can regain confidence with this win!
