The long forgotten lore of my life
When I feel like it I'll update with my thoughts, views, nonsensical ramblings or events. Just another look into my chaotic enough life. I never know what's going to happen.
With a touch of Picaso or Dali
Friday, December 28:

So Christmas has come and gone. Everyone's either sugar or sleep deprived by now, or are suffering from foot and leg cramps as they stand in the hour long waits to get into certain mall stores to await their turn to return their unwanted gifts.

I've been working off and on at my job. My manager, Julia, seems to have given me
(for the second or third week in a row) three days off. Normally I only get one day off, the rare occasion two... So, it's kind of a Christmas gift to me. I'm happy for it- not complaining here!

Today I really need to get some of my book done. I've been craving the time to do it, but every time I sit down at my computer to pen the pinnacle of a chapter where all the murdering plots against my martyr begins, I start to get choked up and unable to start in fear of messing up further plots or not being good enough. I really need to get over that... stare

For the last few weeks I have been in an insane fervor to paint anything and everything within my sight. I mean, heck, I found the insanely minuscule snowmen, seven of the cheery, smiling suckers, and I somehow managed to paint them to the quality of expensive store bought. Don't even ask me how that's possible...

My parents are finally happy that I'm sticking with a medium. The array of colors you can choose for any project, the sheer mass and gamut of it all, is nearly impossible to calculate and gives each item you're painting a fresh angle of adventure and challenge to it!

Call me Dali if you will!

But, yeah. I'm waiting for Hellsing OVA III to finally arrive. I ordered it over Amazon and Boarders since I found out Geneon (the publisher of so many Animes) is going bye-bye. Apparently they're shutting down every single Anime they're working on (whether in progress or already done), and the creating of any new series to come has been ceased. That means Hellsing is doomed- unless some sub-publishers pick up the wildly popular series. I doubt it, though. That's why I bought the last OVA they released to add to the other two. I just wish that, if someone does pick up Hellsing and acquire the rights to continue it, they don't royally screw it up!

Read all of the Geneon stuff in an Anime magazine whilst shopping at a store, picking up my medication I had ordered. Frankly... mom's going to be disappointed. I've stated before she's starting to love the Anime I like; she's just now getting into Death Note, which is amusing me to no end. Death note is saved- not the reason I mentioned it... It's, well... Mom loved Hellsing. Every time I sit down to watch it she ends up viewing it with me. I know that sounds a bit unbelievable (especially if you see how often times violent that show is) but she enjoyed every second of it.

Seems like we'll both be disappointed... (Hey! At least I won't have to see Pip's death in the later OVAs! I'd be bawling my head off... crying )

Now, what really ticks me off about this whole ordeal is there were rumors, long ago, of a Disgaea 2 Anime. Now... the first one sucked except for the last three episodes. ...I'm not kidding on that. It really did suck save for the end. However, it sounded like they were going to fix the messed up problems they screwed with and Geneon was going to release it. Well.... yeah. Geneon WOULD have if they COULD have.

heart Peace out, ya'll! heart
