Emotional stress
Hate surrounds me
No love
Alone
Rejected
Tears Fall
Submersing my body
Helping drown my pain
Covering my ears
Washing away
Unkind words and glances
Heartaches
Hurting my chest
Affecting my life
Unwanted
Abandoned
My soul slipping away
Into despair
Hoping to hide
Never to be hurt again
Drying my own tears
Permanent tracks
Stay on my cheeks
Doubt looms
No joy
Just drowning in misery
Harsh feelings
Apparent flaws
Pointing fingers
No arms to hold me
No kind voices
I need strength
To be reassured
Held and embraced
Wanted
Not kicked aside
A melody of love
To replace the harsh tones
Of the music in my heart
Someone please
Hold my hand
Never let me go and fall
Completely away
Help me through this…..
Someone……
Love me…..
