	The Promise...


i sat im my comfy chair and listen to my new ipod. i smiled. i was listening to a song that reminded me of you. when ever that song came on i saw your face. it was a snowy day i noticed and looked out the window. nothing to strange. then i heard the phone ring and dashed to the phone almost running into the wall. Hello. it was you. i am coming over to make sure you'll be warm tonight. it supposed to get chilly outside you know. i smiled. i know. i said. ill be over in a bit. you said and didnt waste anytime hanging up the phone. i laughed alittle because my parents werent home so we could stay up late and watch a sappy chick flick i always pertend to like so you would let me cry on your shoulders. i ran to the window and waited. soon i dozed off waiting for you. and when i woke up i felt your warm lips touch mine. i jumped but still kissed you. you were smirking so i leaned back to laugh. your eyes glittered in the light. it was a beautiful sight. your hand was on my cheek it felt soft. i saw the snow coming down even harder. but with you by the window i smiled. hey guess wat. you said softly leaning by my ear. i got you something. you looked amused as i looked puzzled. but i cant make you wait another month, i want you to have it now. your voice was soft and quiet. close your eyes. i closed my eyes slowly. now turn around. i slowly turned still puzzled. okay now hold on. i heard you rumage threw your stuff and then it went quiet. i was shocked as i felt something cold on my neck. okay now open. i was thrilled and surprised. it was a gold locket. with my initails on it. open it. you said softly. i opened it. it was a picture of you on one side and me on the other. Perfect. was all i could say. you smiled. thank you. you gave me a hug. your jaket was still kind of wet from all the snow but i didnt mind. i felt you coughing. are you alright. i was worried. yeah im fine. you said but you quickly got up and then fell to the ground. whats wrong. what happend. i asked scared to death. you started to cough up blood. and your eyes full of tears. wats happening. i asked. you coughed up more blood. i was crying to now. wats wrong. i shouted. you weakly smiled and wiped the tears from my eyes. promise you'll always....love me....you whispered weakly. i felt your body shake. i wraped you in a hug. I promise. i said. and you looked deeply into my eyes. and leaned in close. you kissed me slowly. i tried to pull away but you didnt want to let me go. we were both crying on the floor. but you still didnt let me go. i closed my eyes. i felt your body shake even more now. i was so scared. you stoped to breath. i looked at you. promise. you repeated. promise. i whispered. and then you stopped shaking. and you fell limp in my lap. my tears fell as i whispered into your ear.
