I'm on an egg diet now.
You eat two eggs along with one or two other things
[ex: a slice of toast and some fruit; two [veggie] sausage links and and english muffin; etc.]
And it's supposed to make you lose up to 8 lbs in 7 days!
If I don't lose at least three lbs, though, I'm not doing it. I like eggs, but it has to be worth it for me to eat the same food every/most morning(s).

If I lost eight lbs, I'd weigh 118lbs, and i'd only be eight more lbs away from my goal weight of 110lbs!!
