"It's the path I must choose" he said as he boarded the green and black bug dragon behind him. The beast was massive in size and strength, yet with certain elegance to it. "Why Jacob, why!!!!!!!!" I screamed while fighting back more tears from my face. He glanced over at me then looked back at the dragon. I could tell he was trying to fight back tears as well. "You damn well know if I had the choice I'd stay here with you and Papa, Bianca." he said as a single tear rolled down from his eye. "Jacob, it-it just isn’t fair!!" this is when I just couldn't fight back the tears anymore. He glanced at his pocket watch then a heart broken look came across his face. "Bianca, you know I always loved you, but there's a chance I may never come back to you and Papa" I looked at him in astonishment. For a moment I thought to myself, "Life without my big brother". He leaped down from the dragon like insect and ran over to me. With all his might he gave me a big bear hug. He said "I'll never forget this moment, Bianca" "Me either Jacob" I replied. The beast let out a roar as if to remind Jacob that they were leaving. Almost simultaneously we looked at the dragon. Dismally he marched back to the monster. "Maybe just if I have to, I will die getting the Dracon Sphere" he mumbled to himself. The dragon began to wallow of into the distance, Jacob along for the ride. "WAIT" I shouted waving my arms around like two noodles. Jacob's head turned towards me. "Jacob! I want you to name the dragon "Hope", because this is what I will do everyday that you're gone" Even though it was from a distance I could see the massive smile that broke across his face. "I will!" he yelled. Hope began to hover across the ground then she picked up altitude. I watch and began to cry again as Hope and Jacob sailed farther and farther away from me. Papa walked out onto the porch and saw the dragon up in the sky. His eyes watered and just like Jacob a single tear rolled down from his eye. "It’s gonna be alright sweet pea, there's still a chance he might come back" he said while hugging me. Then at the same time we said "We can still hope"....................
