I'll never forget that day. It's what inspired me to become who I am today. Four years of brutal tearless training, but it all worth it from this moment, now. I think I'm getting too far ahead oh myself. Let’s go back to the moment when Papa and I were hugging. Both of us had a hard time going on with out Jacob. Farming the crops had been so hard on us without Jacobs help. Papa's too old and I'm too weak and young. Several times we had been visited by people who were going to take our farm land away because lack of crops. This went on for a while; luckily we never got our land taken. Two years after Jacob's departure I was out in the fields gather crops when a shadow cassed across the land. I peered up and saw the familiar colors of green and black marked upon a dragon. The sun shined in just the right way and I saw the luminescent blue eyes of the beast. From that second I knew it was Hope. The monster began to come down from the air. It made a magnificent half moon circle before elegantly landing. I froze I my tracks as I saw what appeared to be a body atop he back. I sprinted as fast as I could over to her all the while thinking "Am I seeing things" As I got closer I realized I wasn’t dreaming, it was a body. Just not any body but Jacobs........ Hope let out a cry as to call me over. I few paces later I met with her. What i had seen will scar me for all of my life. I saw Jacob's body sprawled out across the monsters back.....he was dead.
