Hello,
As of recently I've been watching many horror movies, like The Ring, The Eye 2, The Grudge... and the Final Destination series. I think many of these foreign movies turned American are not as scary as their original. So I went on YouTube and watched them in their original form. Of course, The Eye 2 was in its original.
The Ring was really scary. I was totally afraid to step onto the floor when it was done. (I was sitting up on the fouton.) And I kept thinking I saw Samara crawl up onto my bed. I think I woke up like five times that night.... The strange, unnerving images helped out with my fear, I have to admit though, it was one of the best horror movies I've seen.
The Grudge really wasn't as scary as I thought it was. The beginning was really not scary, but then more towards the end... it got alot better. The whole chick with no bottom jaw thing? *shudders* I wonder how that guy died? Like I could see a ghost that would go around tearing off other people's jaws to replace the one it lost in life...
The Eye 2.... well lets just say that its one more reason why I don't ever want to have kids... Anyway, it was really freaky, and one of the better horror movies I've seen. The storyline was believeable, and the acting of the main character wasn't too bad. The camera angles were really smooth as well.
I think the scariest book I ever read was actually a Christopher Pike novel. Well, two actually... "Whisper of Death" and "The Blind Mirror". I think I prefer the physchological ones to the body count. Hmm... now that's a terrifying thought.
~Out.
PS Did I forget, "One Missed Call"? Keeping kids creepy...
"That's not my ringtone..."

If you're a freak, try and refuse to sell your strange self to the world, then watch them fume
