Nobody had to tell me that nothing with people lasts long. I learned that on my own.
At first I thought it was just men. Just temporary laughs, smiles, and words.
But even the women managed to fool me.
So no one is forever. Nothing is forever. Even diamonds go.
But I just wish I could have found that one person, that could stay with me. Someone whom I appreciate and plainly enjoy to be around.
I understand that people just can't be honky dory all the time but there's a difference between not getting along and argue sometimes.
This isn't about love for once.
It's really about finding someone to stick with you. Not out of obligation either but out of desire to. Like a best friend, you know?
I've been with my mom and brother for 13 years and I've found that even that can't last forever and I'm just wanting more from someone I don't know.
That real true friend.
Now, some of these people online are like my second pulse but it's not the same and they know it.
