Izuko laughed. “’Suki’s going on a date?!”
I growled. “It’s not like I want to, ya know!”
“But you?! On a date?!” He fell off the couch from laughing so hard.
“Leave her alone, Brother,” Izumo said. “If anything, you should be supportive of her. Our cousin is finally growing up.”
Akaru sat next to me and smiled. “Maybe a double date would make it easier, Mistress,” he suggested. “I’ve kinda wanted to ask Miss Neko out for a while now…”
“I guess it would help…” I said. “But you’re asking Neko out yourself.”
“Y-yes, I know.”
“Good luck, Akaru.”

“Not eating again?” Alef asked.
“Nah,” I said. “I don’t like it, remember?”
Rin smiled. “It looks like Kuma has a new love interest, Kit,” she said, point at Kuma. He was walking and talking with Kira, laughing occasionally.”
“I don’t care, Rin…as long as it isn’t me.”
Yamazaru sighed. “Meet me at the front gates after school, Kit,” he said.
“Hm? Why?” I thought for a moment. “Oh yeah, the date thing.” I glanced at Akaru for help.
“Well, you see, Mistress and I were thinking about making it a double-date,” the wolf-boy said nervously.
“A double-date?” Yamazaru asked.
“Y-yeah…and I was planning on asking Miss Neko, if she would accept…” He blushed slightly.
Neko smiled and hugged him. “Sure!”
“Well, its not against the rules, so that’s fine,” Yamazaru said.
I sighed with relief. ‘At least I won’t be alone,’ I thought. ‘Thanks, Akaru.’

“I don’t wanna do this, Neko,” I said.
“Aw, it’ll be fine, nya!” she said, clinging to Akaru’s arm.
I sighed. “At least I’ll have you guys with me.”
“We’ll help you out, Mistress,” Akaru said.
“Thanks guys.”
Yamazaru leaned against the main gatepost, waiting for us. “Ready?” he asked as we joined him.
“Y-yeah,” I muttered, staring at the ground.
Yamazaru smiled and took my hand. “C’mon.”
“Okay…” The four of us walked down the street but were stopped short when we noticed someone stood ahead of us. His skin was pale; he had long dark hair, red eyes, and was dressed in all black.
“Miss Kitsuki, come with me,” he said.
“Eh? No way!” I said.
The man took a step forward. “I mean you know harm, Miss Kitsuki. Please, come with me.”
Akaru growled. “I’ve got a bad feeling about this, Mistress,” he said.
“Me too,” I muttered.
The man took another step forward. “I will tell you one more time, Miss Kitsuki. Come with me.”
“No.”
“Very well then. I’ll have to use force.”
Yamazaru pulled me against him. “What the Hell did you do?” He asked.
“Don’t ask me!” I growled. “I’ve never seen this guy before!”
Akaru changed his form and was ready to attack. ‘Run…’he said into my mind.
“Akaru, no way,” I objected. “I’m not gonna leave you here.”
‘You’ll get hurt, Mistress. Get out of here.’
“No!” I pushed away from Yamazaru and pulled my dagger from my shirt.
The man smirked. “Big mistake.” He stared at me intently.
As if being controlled, I dropped my dagger and walked towards the man. “W-what…?”
“Good girl.” The man squeezed my neck gently.
“Kit!” Yamazaru screamed as I lost consciousness.

“Oni-sama, how could you?!” I heard someone shout. “You told me you wouldn’t hurt her!”
“I didn’t hurt her,” another voice said. It was the man from earlier.
“Why did you bring her here?!”
“You seemed depressed, Kaze-kun. I did it to cheer you up.”
“O-Oni-sama…”
“I’m sorry if I did something to upset you…”
“No, I shouldn’t have yelled. Please, forgive me.”
I sat up quickly. Both of them looked at me. The voice that I didn’t recognize earlier belonged to Kaze, my brother. “You…” I managed to say.
Kaze rushed to my side and hugged me tightly. “Kit, thank goodness, you’re alright,” he said.
“Murderer…” I whispered.
He pulled away. “How…?”
“The twins told me…you killed them!”
“Kit, I…”
“You killed them! Get away from me!”
The man from before, Oni, glared at me but remained silent. Kaze sighed and stood up. “Alright, Kit. I’m sorry.”
I wiped my eyes on my sleeve and looked up at Oni who had sat on the couch where I was laid. “What do you want? To know me unconscious again and rape me?!”
Oni shook his head. “Miss Kitsuki…Kaze-kun only did it because I made him. He was under my spell. I was testing my power.”
“S-so it was you who killed them…”
“Yes, Miss Kitsuki. Do not be mad at Kaze-kun. He had no idea what was happening. Like you this afternoon.”
“Mind control…”
“That is my ability, if you haven’t figured it out yet.” Oni sighed. “Please, forgive him.”
“That doesn’t mean I’ll forgive you. What are you to my brother anyways?”
He smiled. “I have control over him. I’m his master. His soul belongs to me. I’m also his boyfriend.”
“Eh?! Kaze’s gay?!”
“I’m not gay!” Kaze shouted from the other room.
Oni chuckled. “He’s not gay, nor am I. We’re both bi, like you.”
“Another question. How do you know so much about me?”
He leaned closer and whispered, “ Your brother doesn’t know, but I keep in contact with your cousins. Everyday, I’ve checked to see how you were doing, just for your brother’s sake.”
“Why’d Nii-chan come to you? Why’d he turn to the dark side?”
Kaze came into the room eating a cookie. “Because of the cookies, of course!”
I sighed. “I may have been young, but I still remember that Nii-chan could never resist sweets. I guess that hasn’t changed.”
Oni stood and handed me my phone. “You might want to call your friends and let them know you’re alright.”
“Oh yeah…thanks, Oni-san.”
He smiled and left the room, Kaze following him. I sighed and dialed Yamazaru’s number first. He picked up after about two rings. “Hello?” he said.
“Hey, Yamazaru…”
“Kit? Thank God, you’re alright. What happened? Did he hurt you?”
“N-no, I’m fine.”
“Where are you? I’ll come get you.”
“I’m not quite sure…his house, I guess.”
Yamazaru sighed on the other end. “What’s the address, Kit? I’m coming to get you. Everyone’s been worried.”
“I’m fine, these guys won’t hurt me.”
“Tell me, Kit, where are you? Please…”
“I’m fine, alright? Tell everyone not to worry. I’ve gotta go, ‘kay?”
“Kit, don’t hang up…”
“Sorry…bye, ‘Zaru.” I hung up before he said anything else. “I better call my cousins…” I dialed the apartment.
“’Ello love, Izuko speaking,” Izuko said in his terrible British accent.
“’Ko, you suck with accents,” I said.
“Eh? ‘Suki? You okay?”
“I’m fine, I’m with Oni and Kaze.”
“Oni and Kaze? Why’re ya there?”
“I was kinda kidnapped, but I’m perfectly fine, don’t worry.”
“Kidnapped?”
“Don’t worry, nothing’s happened. I’m fine. Can I talk to Izumo?”
I heard him throw the phone to his brother. “Kitsuki, are you alright?” Izumo asked.
“Yes, I’m fine. Don’t worry, okay?”
“You’re at Oni-sama’s place, right?”
“Y-yeah…”
“Alright. Be safe. I’m going now.”
“Okays…bye, Izumo.” I hung up just after he did.
Oni came back into the room carrying a bowl of ramen. “Have you called who you need to?” he asked.
“Yes, sir…”
“Please don’t refer to me as ‘sir.’ It makes me feel old…”
“How old are you?”
“20, the same as your brother. Are you hungry?”
“Yes, please…”
Oni smiled and set the bowl of ramen on the table in front of me. “Miss Kitsuki, your brother has asked me to watch over you.”
“It seems like Kaze’s the one who controls you, Oni-san. Not the other way around.”
“It does seem that way, yes. But, as his lover, I only wish to make him happy.”
I nearly choked on the ramen I was eating. “That…sounds so wrong…”
“How…?” Oni thought for a moment then turned a bright red. “I-it’s not like that! K-Kaze-kun and I have a strictly professional relationship!”
“Aw, Oni, you know it’s more than that,” Kaze said, hugging Oni from behind and kissing up is neck, causing him to blush even more.
“Ah, K-Kaze-kun, s-stop it…!”
Kaze smiled and slid Oni’s shirt off his shoulder and kissed it teasingly.
“Y-yaoi…” I said, blushing slightly.
“Kaze-kun, your sister is watching…” Oni whispered as Kaze bit his neck.
Kaze sighed and moved away from his lover. “You’re right…she’s still too young to see things like that,” he said.
“Maybe you should take her home first.”
Kaze smiled. “As you wish, Master.”
“Aw, c’mon, I wanted to see some yaoi!” I whined. “Please?”
“Miss Kitsuki, you have no need to see what your brother and I do behind closed doors,” Oni said.
“At least let me stay the night! I’ll be good!”
“The twins will get worried,” Kaze said.
“They already know I’m here, so please?”
Kaze looked at Oni, who just nodded. “Alright, you can stay. Just stay outta trouble. And stay out of our room.”
I hugged my brother. “Thanks, Nii-chan!”
Kaze smiled. “It’s been a while since I’ve heard that.”
