Personality: Chii is very short spoken, and extremely shy. She always tries to help, even if she's already too hurt to do so. She'll push herself until she can not push herself anymore.
Biography: Chii's family lived nearby the old Al bhedian town on Spira, before Sin destroyed it. During that time, her family's town was destroyed as well. Scattered, her family tried to survive best they could. Her mother was expecting Chii after a few months of becoming nomads. Once Chii was born, her mother became very ill, dying not too long after. Her father took her to Guadosulam, to ask some friends to adopt Chii. Once he had, he soon died as well.
Marik and Belmane, the two who were now taking care of Chii, were not the best of parents. They were in fact guado pirates, stealing and tricking those around them. They included Chii in their schemes, though, she never liked it. This occurred for years and years until one day they had met Hiryu. Marik and Belmane wanted to trick him, but this time Chii refused. She had a crush on Hiryu. They eventually abandoned Chii, who soon joined Hiryu's party, keeping her crush on him a secret for a little while.
Soon, the two could not keep their affections for each other from showing, and started dating. Happily, they journeyed until Kanau and Nemesis, two friends in their party, had to venture off to take on a new threat.
Once Kanau and Nemesis left, Chii decided she needed to get stronger and learn white magic. She left the party in order to do this. She met with Garnet / Dagger - from FF9 and became the greatest white mage in the land during the five years. The training only took three years - the other two, she was traveling under the name Raspulda - whom became famous. So much so, Chii abandoned it, only wanting to see her friends again.
She rejoined them, and settled herself with her old boyfriend, Hiryu. The two go through troublesome times still, but are as happy as ever.

« B » reathing hard, a moogle wearing a white mage outfit could be seen in the center of where the festival had once been. Her robes were decorated with pink white mage symbols. A darker pink cape flowed behind her. Over her head was a very light fluffy pink pom-pom. She had been the one to cast the white spell which held down Nemesis and freeze him so that his transformation could not be complete.
Sighing once, her work was not done yet. Spinning and taking out a hammer with white chibi wings, she seemingly sprinkled white magic all across the festival grounds. "Let all that which is become as it once was. Things which are broken, no longer. Those who were innocent, return to us once more. Reverse!" Soon the magic began to repair all which Nemesis had destroyed in the colossal fight. Items that had once been burned or broken, becoming repaired. As the scene of the fight began to return to normal, the bodies as well had started to vanish. Not only that, those who might recognize any of them, could swear they were once again among the living. It was a miraculous display all generated by the mystery white mage.
