I watched I Am Legend yesterday. Overall, it was pretty good. Special effects (the virus infected people and animals) wasn't that impressive, in my opinion, but the story was really good.
I Am Legend is about a doctor (played by Will Smith) who stays in a city (ground zero of the virus outbreak) to find a cure for a virus that's spread. It's NOT a Resident Evil kind of virus, where the infected turn into zombies. This virus causes hair loss, lack of skin pigmentation and aggression. In the movie, Will Smith's character states that they've also lost all traces of humanity, but I disagree. The infected are well organized and come after Will Smith's character for a reason.
I recommend this movie to anyone. It's got some humor (very little... maybe it was just funny to me) and somewhat scary. It's also got sad points to it as well.
I feel I should also mention the book. I haven't read it, but I'm told, like most books turned into movies, the book is better and it's different than the movie.
