"Okay Sunsetstar, I'll be right there!" The reply came from the nursery where Mosskit was talking to her mother, Hollyflower, about the very subject. "Sunsetstar, I think Mosskit should be apprenticed soon." said Hollyflower. "That's what Icefire and I were just talking about.Now, Mosskit, do you want to be a medicine cat or a warrior?" "Umm...I'd like to be a medicine cat!Please?" replied Mosskit shyly. "Okay, we need to go ask Bearfire if she'll mentor you." answered Sunsetstar. The four of them padded over to the medicine den, and found Bearfire sorting herbs. "Bearfire, Mosskit would like to be a medicine cat, would you like to be her mentor?" Sunsetstar asked Bearfire. "Sure! I could use an apprentice to help me!" replied Bearfire excitedly. "Great! We'll have your apprentice ceramony tomorrow along with Bramblekit's, okay Mosskit?"asked Sunsetstar."That'll be great Sunsetstar!I'll go tell Bramblekit!" Mosskit said, running off to find Bramblekit, who was taking the elders fresh-kill."Hey, Bramblekit!Guess what?""What?" siad Bramblekit, dropping the fresh-kill he was carrying. "Is it good news or bad news?" "It's great news!It's about your apprentice ceremony tomorrow!"What about it?""Since we're about the same age, Sunsetstar said we could be apprenticed togther!""Oh!That is great news!"
