Jun coughed slightly, trying to get the other’s attention and alert Kei of his presence. The taller looked up, wide eyed and blinked before grinning widely.
“Hey! You made it!” Kei screeched, nearly shattering a few glasses in the room from the high pitch he reached. Yeah, he squeaked. Jun flinched slightly and offered a sheepish smile.
“Ah… yeah? Why? Was I supposed to not come?” he asked, joking, but barely. Kei shook his head,
“No! I was just a little worried I hadn’t given good enough directions!” Kei chuckled. Jun smiled nervously.
“About that… I had to ask because you… sorry to be blunt, but you can’t draw worth s**t.” He stated, holding up the small sketch that had come with the number Kei had left with him. Kei blushed slightly and fidgeted.
“Yeah… sorry about that… oh well! You’re early! So I guess we’ve got time to chat while we wait for the others! Tell me your secrets!” he said, wrapping an arm around Jun’s shoulders and pulling him into a brotherly hug. The shorter blond snorted and easily slid the arm from his shoulders and stepped away.
“Looks like you could use some help.” He stated, switching the subject and nodding to the burned noodles. Kei frowned and looked at them, glaring with all the hatred in the world.
“Stupid noodles… stupid nonstick pan… stupid cooking skills…” he grumbled. Jun just chuckled and shook his head.
“Here… let me…”
