Prose
A taste upon thy tongue that leaves one yearning for more or wanting to never experience it again. A painful sensation that leaves a heartrending mark upon the soul or gives soul meaning to be repaired and move forth on to the next. It is a plague upon the heart and mind but can also be its cure. A bittersweet spell that drains you of everything but will give it in return. It is a nightmare that wakes you, screaming, in the night or a dream that allows you the sleep of royalty. It brings forth tears of pain and sorrow, but happiness and comfort as well. Prepares one for the harshness of reality but the serenity of dreams. One will never know what will happen with this bittersweet feeling. Perhaps this one will hold you through the nightmares and dance with you in the dreams.
