Today was one of those blah type days where all I wanted was to snuggle up in a cozy blanket with my favorite stuffed animal and sleep the day away. That's not the most practical way to spend my time, though, so I couldn't do exactly that, although I did come pretty darn close. I wore lounge pants, kitty slippers, my blanket like cape, and carried my Mimzy rabbit everywhere I went. Strangely, no one seemed to think my attire odd or inappropriate. Again, gotta love the land of Gaia.

There's the pretty dress that I've been seeing around the market place that I like a lot. I bid on it sometimes, but people always outbid me. And I couldn't for the life of me figure out where the dress is sold. So I went from shop to shop talking to some of the workers, hoping someone could point me in the direction for making the desired purchase. Finally Julia from the MTV store realized what I was looking for and sent me on a quest. In the end I finally got my beautiful emerald colored dress. Now, I'll have to go find some shoes to match....

Since I wasn't really in the mood to haggle over prices in the market place but rather wallow in my comfy-clothed blahness, I decided to spend most of my day at the theater. Such an interesting experience here. It seemed very disturbing to me that people would blatantly throw popcorn at each other or tomatoes at the screen, especially since there was a sign proclaiming "Please Keep Our Theaters Clean". But when I went to the concession stand for my obligatory popcorn and soda, I realized that the rude behavior during the show is actually encouraged. Turns out that in Gaia, moviegoers do not EAT the popcorn, they THROW it. Well, needless to say, I found it quite entertaining and it helped pull me out of my hum-drums.

Oh, and I met a new guy today. Hopefully he'll be willing to be considered as one of my friends. He seems like a nice young man....
