well here are some things maybe you could do....
if your in towns:
find a friend or maybe if u want to chat find people in common with you on forms,
or maybe go buy some thing for the market or go to a rally or play a game
or do a quest
if ur in a rally:
do the same things insept maybe in rally's race people or go to towns and talk to people
if ur not on rally's or towns:
maybe go do a quest you never finished or do the same things as towns or rallys
