Today I start,
Today I die,
Today I will run along with life and hold its hand,
Running and running and running along,
Till you stop dead in your track, everyone has left you,
Everyone is gone,
You seek and they hide,
You hid and they seek
Everything changes yet everything remains,
Yet still held back by these bloody chains,
Run faster you say,
Till the darkness has gone,
Now the light beats down,
It hurts,
The pain,
Tell me, what do you see?
Don't tell me your lies,
I see right thru you,
As you may me,
But i don't hide my truth,
It's all open game now,
You hide and decieve,
You've told me your lies,
Now i tell mine,
But where have we gotten?
Nowhere you say,
But we have gone so far,
Now we know who we really are,
I watch as you die,
You squirm and you drown,
I sit there and cry,
My tears as you drown,
I reach out and tell you,
It can be alright,

Just reach out,
And truly give me your hand,
I have lied to you now,
Everyone is not gone,
Hidden and thrown away,
You want help but you don't want mine,
You tell me i'm fine,
But you lied.
