Just finished watching Be Kind Rewind. Not Jack Black's best work, but it wasn't too bad. It's about a little video store, which is owned by an older man. He only has 1 employee, Mike (played by Mos Def), which is friends with Jack Black's character, Jimmy. Jimmy ends up getting into an accident, which causes him to be magnetized. While the owner of the store is out on a trip, Jimmy goes into the store, after the accident and unknowingly erases all the VHS tapes (the only format the store carries). Jimmy and Mike end up re-making all the movies themselves, to try to save the store, which turn out to be more popular than the originals. Obviously this gets the attention of the movies industry and... well, I'll just let you watch it and find out what happens.
It's a decent movie. It's one of those movies where they need to make X amount of money by X date to save a place the main characters love. Kinda funny, but not as funny as say... The Love Guru. I'd still recommend it, if you like Jack Black.
