I decided to try a new look today. It was a little different and unusual, but apparently I made it work. pirate

Yo ho ho ho!

The inspiration for new look came from my newest item. I got an egg from La Victoire this afternoon. It came from a sea captain's treasure trove and it has some very pretty, very colorful feathers. So I went out and bought a pirate hat (so my new bird friend will feel at home and comfortable when it meets me someday) and went through my rather expansive clothing selection and put together a pretty cute little outfit.

And it worked. Epic said it was not only a very cute but it was really me. I'm glad that he liked it. I need to go over to see vagabondhippie and see what he thinks.

I was in a groove, so I continued to let the pirate theme ride. I changed up the decorations for my aquarium by putting in a sunken ship background, a pirate hat, a pirate skull, and some piratey treasure at the bottom of the "sea". My fishies seem to like it. They all gave me love and seem happy and content. I hope Clammy sees that (he's been somewhat stingy on the gifting, although extra gold is never something to complain about).

It's fun being something different every now and then. pirate Yo ho ho ho ho, a pirate's life for me!
