Yay, it's October! I love this time of year. It's the fall. Time for scarves, gloves, long sleeves, and warm drinks. And October brings one of my favorite holidays: Halloween.
While Gaia didn't participate in my fondness for Independence Day, it seems that this land does observe Halloween and I couldn't be more excited.
It's an entire month where it's appropriate to dress up in elaborate costumes and pretend to be whomever and whatever we want. I don't need to let the fact that in Gaia this behavior is ALWAYS appropriate lessen the joy of the season. I love having a reason to indulge my darker side.
I've started seeing some of my friends getting into the spirit of things, too. Even some I wouldn't have expected to play along. rofl
