Why not do a progressive step in the time line? Like say add a patch with a time frame for when the non staff were once staff ?

Just keep on adding. That way, the Gaia staff has a way to remember older staff who have left in a meaningful way.

I think you should continue with it as it is. Considering the length of time it takes to finish such a project, you're going to have changes in staff. If you adjusted the quilt with the new changes, then you may run into this same problem later on. Those people were Gaia staff, so it still works with the quilt ^^ It just makes the quilt a bit more memorable smile
