The following plan is based on these rules...
1. Each crew gets a new "room".
2. If one person remains in the "room" the quest continues.
3. Dolls spawn based on the number of people in a crew.
Here's the plan:
1. Get five other people, 3.0 and higher, to help
2. Get one of those five (3.7 or lower) to join me in defeating all the dolls until Kat's spawns.
3. If we become dazed we will discuss as best as possible which of us two is to leave. One of us must remain in the room at all time.
4. When Kat's doll spawns I will leave the room, as the crew leader, and invite the four people waiting outside to the crew. I must be able to trust the second person to remain in the room even if they become dazed.
5. As crew members the new four should be able to join our room.
6. All six of us kill the doll!
EDIT: I've acctually completed this on two occasions. It's a great way to do things if you have people that will patiently wait inside or outside.

I think when we find those four people they also need at least defib and a multi-player healing ring. I think we all need some good defense rings, too.
I'm going to start leveling up my ghost ring for starters so maybe I won't get killed or at least not as fast. (If my quests start rewarding me again!)
