"The most painful thing is having someone you love right next to you, and knowing you can't have them. It's like the sky, you know, before we freaking propelled our way past it: it's everywhere, but so far away."
I
"If I told you I loved you, what would you do?"
An experiment. Train exploding.
He looked at her, and said montonously, "Who's talking, you or the air?"
An aphrodisiac in the air. Natural hormones.
"Would you believe me if I said me?"
Love no longer existing. Real love so rare.
"...no."
What will become of a group of high schoolers trapped inside of a school?
"I love you."
--------------------
Scientists have collected children from places around the world in this 3010 year lab. Ten were orphans. Five were kidnapped. Five were slaves. They were studying attraction, and they came up with an irresistible aphrodisiac from these hormonal teens, with a 100% chance of working. They called it a, "Love Potion."
But when a the train holding this fatal concoction burst into flames in California, the Love Potion was released into the air, and within a day, the wind has swept the gas to Colorado. So now the feelings of attraction no longer existed: only lust. And as long as the gas was circulating the globe, and as long no one knew that the potion could create gas, and could be passed through the exhale of another, the feeling of love was obsolete.
A small high school close to the explosion was told to not let anyone out of the main building. So there are almost 200 kids in one building, very, very close to one another. And teenage hormones won't leave any of them alone. Let's just say Michelle picked a very wrong day to confess.
