A Complete Day in the Life of Anime Tokyo (Or, the Total Parody of Over-The-Top Anime) Chapter 1 – Koru’s Morning A small, annoying alarm buzzed from a clock next to Koru’s bed. He yawned and rolled over. The clock, feeling ignored, transformed into a small robot and shook Koru awake, saying, “Wake up time~” Koru groaned and tapped the robot on the head, making him collapse back into a clock. The alarm made Koru get up and head towards the bathroom, stumbling on things strewn about his room. Koru made it to the bathroom unharmed. He stared in the mirror, and blue eyes stared back. He looked 18, even though he celebrated his 17th birthday just last week. He grabbed his glasses, which were on the counter, and put them on his face. He reached for a comb as well, and started to comb his bright grey hair. He regarded himself in the mirror. He was somewhat skinny, but not too much so. He personally thought of himself as “average.” Koru smiled and grabbed a business suit and slacks, but wore them carelessly, with the jacket unbuttoned and shirt un-tucked. Koru grabbed a rice ball for breakfast, and looked at the clock. ‘Hmmm… plenty of time to walk to work today…’ he thought, munching on the rice ball. Koru then grabbed his bag, which was hanging on a coat rack, and headed out the door. Koru hadn’t taken more than 5 steps out when a loud boom sounded and two guys with glowing yellow hair flew by, talking about some kind of ball. Koru merely shrugged, cracked his neck, and continued on his walk.
Chapter 2 – Auron’s Morning Aroun yawned and looked up at the floor. ‘Hmmm… something’s not right…’ he thought, puzzled. He looked down to see 5 guys in plain black coats who stared back, meaning they had snuck in and tied him upside down. One man stepped forward and started to speak: “We at Sony do not like your attitude, Aroun. You should be more careful to be more pro-Sony or-” He didn’t even get to finish the sentence as Aroun had escaped, fashioned a knife out of a bit of bird seed and bubblegum, and held it to the head man’s throat in under 5 seconds. “I work for Nintendo. Remember that.” Auron growled, lowering the knife. The Sony people had tripped over each other to get away. Aroun sighed and went to the bathroom and looked in the mirror. At 19, he didn’t look that bad. He had hair in light-brown spikes waved over piercing sky-blue eyes. ‘Oh… That’s what was wrong…’ Auron thought, grabbing a pair of shades. As he put them on, a glint of light and a sound of Shhchwing both appeared out of nowhere. Aroun nodded and put on a long Black overcoat with his black slacks and black shirt. Several pockets in the coat had their own Universe, so he could store just about anything in it. Auron pulled out a rope and climbed up to a door and walked out. “Hey! Aroun-san! Down here!” Koru yelled, waving a hand. Aroun just shrugged and jumped down, hopping from post to post until he was right next to Koru. “How was your morning?” Koru asked, looking at his friend. “Hmm, Just the same as always. Although, some Sony guys did try to pay me a visit… but I took care of it.” Aroun said, examining a rock. “Huh. How many did they send?” “Five… You’d think they’re going senile down at Sony. That few…” Aroun just let that hang. “Meh… Ever since the PS3 has come out, they have gotten sloppy. It’s just not like it used to be.” Koru sighed. “At least there’s that foreign Company to deal with. Microsoft’s anything but soft. At least they give a challenge.” Auron nodded. A giant robot crashed through a building behind them, fighting off an even bigger creature that looked like a moth. The robot bounded up and attacked the moth. Koru and Auron just stared blankly. “Wasn’t the robot battle supposed to be later?” Koru asked, Nudging Auron. Aroun just hummed and continued with Koru.
Chapter 3 – Some new faces
Anime Tokyo Shojo High school wasn’t a place to go if you wanted to learn something. There was always some kind of explosion going on, whether it’s a school girl with a crush on a school hotshot, some kind of Alien Creature attack, or an attack of evil and/or mysterious groups. All-in-all, it’s one crazy school. Kurisutaa was a student at the school. She looked out the window, daydreaming about a boy band that she had heard earlier, titled “SOPhT.” She sighed, dreaming of the Lead singer’s, James’, face. She absent-mindedly twirled her black hair with her finger, not paying attention to the teacher as he droned on about math, blinking her blue eyes as James walked by their room. Sitting three seats in front of Kurisutaa was Aisii. She pretended not to notice that half of the guys were ogling at her; she just looked politely at the teacher. Aisii had waist-long fiery red hair, with Blue eyes that almost looked purple in the right light, although those that see that seem to forget it afterward. She had a long fang sticking out of the corner of her mouth. A large crash was heard by the class as an alien creature with a young man landed outside the classroom. “AAAAAAAHHHH!!!” “What is that thing?!?!” “Ooohhh… that guy on top is cute~!” Several shouts bellowed across the room. Kurisutaa raised her hand, her other hand on a button in her hair. “Umm… Sensei, I need to go to the, uh, bathroom!” Aisii looked calmly outside, and then raised her hand. “Sensei, please allow me to go as well. There is a thing I need to take care of…” The teacher looked at both of them before shrugging and continuing his drone about math. “Thanks!” Kurisutaa had moved halfway across the room by the time the teacher had shrugged. Out in the Hall, Kurisutaa looked around. “Uh… I need to go to my… um… Locker!” She said nervously, scratching the back of her hair. Aisii just looked at Kurisutaa calmly. “I already said that I had something to take care of. Go.” “Um…” Kurisutaa had started, but Aisii had already moved down the hall. ‘Uh… Okay?’ She smiled nervously, and went to walk to a janitorial Closet. “O-okay, um… Piri piri piriku !”A light Wafted over her as her black hair changed to light blue, her blue eyes turn to green, and her outfit changed to a short-skirt blue Kimono with a music note print. A small pair of Green wings sprouted from her back, and the button in her hair flipped up and changed into a wand. “Magical Girl Crystal Transformation complete! Evil-Doers Beware!” she shouted, making a Victory sign with her fingers. She then rushed outside to find the Alien Creature Master-less. That would have been good, except that now it was destroying things without rhyme or reason. “UWAAAA!!!” “It’s coming this way!” “Aww… the cute guy is gone!” ‘… at least you can trust that girl to have a one-track mind…” Kurisutaa thought, doing a face-palm.
