Ergh. I have absolutely no life, so I don't know what to write... Oh! I just remembered something that no one really cares about, but it was fun, so yeah. (A lot of my entries are gonna be all blab-ish like this one)
I got the chance to be a DJ. It was kind of amazing, I guess. I went to one of these church dances (where they try to hook you up with fellow members to produce more religious babies- Ew) and everyone was kind of freaking out cuz the DJ was MIA. They were in desperate need for an iPod, so voila! I happened to have mine.
Ok, I thought it was really lame to bring my iPod to a dance too.
But anyway, the speakers showed up, along with more iPod's. Apparently I'm not the only person insecure enough to bring music to a dance.
Since I had the music, I was the unofficial DJ for the night. It was pretty kick a** for the most part, except there was tons of people crowding around to get their song played. I felt kinds cool everytime I got on the microphone to announce (once again) that we were only working with iPod's, so not all of their songs would be played. Yay for being semi-professional! But yeah. That was my adventure of the weekend. It was kinda cool when people kept coming up to me saying, "You saved the dance!" and "You played music everyone liked" and all. What can I say? I'm shallow, and I like compliments.
Plus I got asked to prom by two people. I only said yes to one because we're gonna go as friends. (In my defense, I did check with my boyfriend before doing this.) So I'm kinda excited.
Whew, there's my first entry. I like how I did absolutely no introductions in it. Lol, I'm laaaammme. I just blurbed about my Spring Break adventures, so yeah. I'll do better next time rolleyes
