Only human, something people have used as an excuse since the idea was sprang into existance. We use this thought in one form or another to avoid the responsiblity of our acts by admitting we cannot possibly be perfect.
Why can we not just admit that we made a mistake and take the responciblity to move forward and make up for it. If everytime a mistake was made we actually looked it over, people wouldnt keep repeating history. Why do you think style, war, religion, and art all repeat the same mistakes constantly? We see but we do not understand. Another common happen stance among our species. We see something and we say its horrible, dont do it, or thats illegal. Then before the day is over we repeat that same action. Whether the actioni theft, taking more time at lunch, blaming that guy at work for you mistake, or possibly even adultry. We all know the results but we do it anyways. Why? Because maybe where that last person failed we will succeed. We are different and more important. This is a lie. We are all the same, we just look different and possess different skills.
So except yourself or no one will except you because no one will know the real you.
