I grin a grin of the Cheshire’s making,
Your face so pale as you gaze upon
My crimson gloves.
Isn’t this what you asked for love?
Didn’t you want it all to go away?
I made it go away and laughed as I did so,

You were troubled, angry, and hurt
I made the day sunny again,
As I took the sources of your angst away
And turned it into mindless glee!
My hands are slick on your pristine skin
As I show you just how real this nightmare is.

I killed them and made it go away,

I listen to your screams
With the joy of the Red Queen
As I fulfill her decree,
