Beautiful Rescue

Now how can i explain her to you?
Her shy temperment and kindness,
The way she brought my breath back,
And in the same motion took it away.
I've been thinking about her,
How sad and damaged she seems,
But behind all the pain and suffering,
Is a golden heart noone could miss.
Modesty born of disappointment,
I know she doesn't believe me,
When i tell her how amazing she is,
And how i wish i could give her the world.
Noone deserves it quite like you do,
Because you're the blackest of blues,
You quietly accept the world for it's pain,
Not knowing what true happiness is.
But you're not completely invisible,
Like you've thought for so long,
I hope you never forget and shine,
Because you're my beautiful rescue.
