The twin elf maidens, with their pet Fluffs, watched the sunrise climb over the mountain top, greeting a new day.
Kimma, the older of the two by 2 minutes, smiled at her twin as Kyah starting hiding her face behind her fan. The glare of the sun was a little stronger than she had anticipated. But it was a great day to be outdoors, practicing with their staves.
Kyah turned towards her sister. "Are you ready to be beaten sister dearest?"
Kimma just laughed. "Hah! It's the other way around dear sister!'
The twins set their Fluffs and fans under a cherry blossom tree to watch their fight.
They could tell it was going to be a great day.
