Personality: Although at one point he may have developed his own individual personality, certain circumstances prevented David from being anything less than a kindhearted introvert. His most endearing trait is that he enjoys inducing a state of wonder in others.
Likes: David finds things that pique his intellect, such as puzzles or riddles, to be most enjoyable. He enjoys strategic games, such as chess or Stratego. Hell, even plain old checkers.
Dislikes: In spite of his near-obsession with puzzles of any caliber, David prefers a simple life, with simple pleasures--complexity he could do without. Dave, as he hates to be called, cannot fathom an existence with responsibilities.
Hobbies: As far as hobbies go, he likes to paint and write, occasionally. Nothing worth making a living off of, though. David's most often hobby is that of magic; of illusion. He is quite skilled as a stage magician.
History: David grew up on the coast of California, away from any big cities. He lived without contact with people his age, only older, and so he tended to mature much quicker than his age ordinarily allowed. In school, David took advanced English courses, along with Art and Science--particularly, Physics. While his grades hovered around low A's or high B's, David did not pursue an education outside of high school. While he possessed the talent to be a professor or a professional painter, his heart wasn't in it.
David eventually moved from California, at the age of twenty, but not to New York. A year later, David moved yet again, further north, into Washington state. Only recently has he come to New York--to shoulder a responsibility that he never wanted.
Appearance: David is on the taller side of medium height, standing at 5'10 to 5'11 and weighing nearly 240 lbs. His dirty blond hair seems to fall roughly, unkempt, down in a bedraggled, boyish fashion, framing his bright, intelligent, ice-blue eyes if not covering them at most times. While physically well-muscled, he possesses the barest trace of a curved belly, in lack of hardened abs.
Wardrobe: Well, he changes clothing every day, more than once so. David is fond of well-fitting jeans, and is also guilty of preferring plain T-shirts to more dressy clothing. At night and at cooler times, he is usually found wearing a loose jacket with a pattern that consists of black and white squares of different sizes, without any obvious actually repetitive pattern. His favorite pair of sneakers (Vanns)--or tennishoes, depending on where you lived (such as New York)--are also black and white, although without discernible pattern whatsoever. Much of his wardrobe consists of the color scheme, 'Black, white, and one other solid color.'

Objective: The nature of David's personality means that he doesn't think about the future with enough significance to form an everlasting goal. Truly enough, if asked a question on life goals, said person would most likely reply, "I just want to see my brother through his... life."
