A Piece of Mind. . .
You Inspired a little something.
Empty skies so vast,
And never ending wide.
One would form shapes,
To the constellations of,
The midnight skies.
This is to pass the longing,
Passing dragged on time.

Walking along the sandy beaches,
The moon fully lit in plain sight.
Drifting down walking along,
No prints in the sand but ones own.
Scarcely alone eyes your eyes gander,
Blankly at a familiar spot.
Staring where your beloved once stood,
Not a trace of them remains.

I would sail the seas in search.
Of my beloved friend.
We kindle the flame in a,
Luminous glow we lit up.
Like a lighthouse withstanding.
The rush of several crashing waves.

I’ve built you a home in my heart.
And our eternal bonds are
Sealed closely knit tight.
Our friendship based on fate.

Seeing as it wasn’t planned,
Nor thought about and simply happened,
Without a memory of occurrence.

Fate worked its ways to place you
Into my life and I’m eternally grateful.

So Far you have wondered off. . .
I beckoned your name once more,
Still have yet to hear a single cry,
Of my voice cracking in despair.
Come back I plead.

I shall wait until you hear my call.
Like one speaking to a wall that,
Cannot hear or reply a word.

But I do fear you mean much more to me,
Than you will ever know. . .
But I do fear you mean much more to me,
Than I will ever mean to you. . .
