So I watched District 9 today...
Best Sci Fi movie of 2009, so far.
Seriously, it's an amazing movie.
It's about an alien mothership that breaks down over a small city. Days later, humans decide to cut into the ship, to see what is inside. They find malnourished, dying aliens. The government "helps" the aliens by transporting all of them off the mothership and making them stay in camps.
Due to the aliens being different, most humans seem to hate them, just like most humans hate things they don't understand.
I highly recommend this movie to any Sci Fi fans.
